This is the calm-after-the-Fourth week, and it might be the easier one to actually enjoy. The fireworks smoke has cleared and the calendar settles into a real summer groove. Les Miserables lands on 5th Ave Tuesday night, the Wager pub series turns HB's into a Wimbledon watch party both weekend mornings, and there is live music running up and down Tamiami Trail from Thursday straight through Sunday. The front half of the week is the easy part, with music bingo and trivia Monday, First Tuesday networking, and a private American Modernism collection you can duck into to beat the heat.
